Welcome to the Third Sector Forum

The third sector plays a vital part in the life of Scotland’s largest city, contributing significantly to its economy, providing vital services to the most vulnerable citizens and developing innovative approaches to the problems facing us all.

The Third Sector Forum brings together voluntary organisations, social enterprises and volunteering organisations from across Glasgow.  The Forum has been developed to ensure that the third sector contributes to shaping Glasgow for the better.  This is a significant development and of real importance at a time of real change in the city.

Over the coming years we are committed to:

• ensuring the best possible futures for Glasgow’s poorest people and places;
• raising the profile and increasing the quality of work within the third sector; and,
• developing new and innovative partnerships for the benefit of Glasgow.
